Drip KSA operates as a marketing platform and dropshipping facilitator. It does not warehouse, ship, or own any products sold. All products are supplied and fulfilled by third-party suppliers, who handle logistics, inventory, and final product quality.

Any violation may result in account termination, blacklisting, and legal consequences.

5. Order Processing & Dropshipping / معالجة الطلبات والدروبشيبينغ

 


When you place an order:

 

  • Your information is forwarded to a third-party supplier

  • The supplier prepares the item and sends a delivery agent to your address

  • The delivery agent collects cash on delivery (COD)

  • Only after successful delivery, the supplier sends us our commission

 


You understand and agree:

 

  • Drip KSA is not the seller or manufacturer

  • We are not liable for defective, delayed, or failed deliveries

  • Refunds, returns, or complaints must follow our written policies

6. Payment Terms / شروط الدفع

 


All orders are Cash on Delivery (COD) unless otherwise specified. You agree to:

 

  • Be present at the time of delivery

  • Pay the full amount shown at checkout

  • Not reject delivery unless the item is damaged upon inspection

 


Failure to comply may result in:

 

  • Delivery bans

  • Blacklisting

  • Recovery of losses through legal means

Shipping is governed by our [Shipping Policy]. Estimated delivery timeframes are not guaranteed. We do not provide:

 

  • Exact courier names or tracking numbers

  • Delivery to PO boxes or restricted areas

  • Refunds for courier delay beyond our control

  • Expectations based on personal interpretation rather than product description

 


We reserve full right to accept or reject any refund or return request.

All logos, website design, branding, images, and text belong to Drip KSA unless otherwise credited. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal penalties.

You waive any right to compensation or resolution outside our stated policies.

  • Specific delivery results

 


You assume full responsibility for your purchase decision.

  • Payment disputes between the customer and the delivery agent

  • Loss of money, data, or emotional distress due to service delays

 


Our maximum liability, under any circumstance, is limited to the commission we received on your order.
